This course will prepare you to pass the technical exam for the Florida General Contractor (4 stories or higher), Florida Building Contractor (up to 3 story commercial), or Florida Residential Contractor (2 habitable stories). All three exams use the same references, you will just have more questions for Building to cover the commercial 3 story work, and more questions for General to cover unlimited height work.
