120-Hour Florida Home Inspector Prelicensure Course (REV2E)

This 120-hour course is accepted as a prelicensure course for individuals wishing to obtain a Florida Home Inspectors License through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This does NOT fulfill all of the requirements in order to obtain the license. Upon completion of this course, you will need to successfully pass a state examination for Home Inspectors and submit an application to the State of Florida.  We work closely with ACICP.org, who is a testing vendor for the license - you can sign up to take their exam at www.acicp.org.
